Conducted the following hearings:
	3505 Willow Road late on paying dues, board decided to define penalties first before making a decision
	3565 Cottonwood Circle late on paying dues, board decided to define penalties first before making a decision
	9480 Birch Road late on paying dues, board decided to define penalties first before making a decision
	3515 Red Hawk Lane Fence violation
		- Board decided to view other PVC fencing colored material.
		- Owner agreed to pick one of the newly approved colors once it has been selected by the board.
	3560 Rinn Valley Drive
		- Landscaping violation, board agreed to accept design plans from the owner and a timeline for completion 
		by next board meeting. If owner did not comply board would assess fines.
		- Construction on garage - board voiced concerns about the halted construction on the property. Requested timeline
		for completion. Board would postpone fines if a timeline was presented by next board meeting.
